She has a nose. They must've had to fix a lot of stuff for the American one, before the author had an exact idea of how to draw her. ^_^" (but looking at my copy, they forgot to take out the nose in the 3rd panel)

They fixed it ALOT in the usa version

but, i guess later on they fixed the designs.

Yeah, I think they simplified some things. It looks like they moved the mouth down slightly for us, as well, which might seem like a tiny detail, but it does have an effect on the expression.
