Am I the only one thinking that this manga is slowly fading away? Lately the chapters have become rather boring, in fact they are like reading a newspaper article. It's just not exciting anymore, but at least the art turned back to something a lot better than the "oversized head Yotsuba" of volume 9. I hope Azuma doesn't want to pull this string too long, he should stop at the top.

Azuma doesn't get to choose if it stops or not -- AFAIK, the publisher chooses based on the series' popularity. It's only published monthly, after all, and it has a solid fanbase. There are calendars and figures and stuff, too.
