I run up stairs like that as well, it's much faster and less tiring than just walking. I'd only do it in a home with stairs though, I wouldn't do that in a public building or anything ^.^"

yeah, still do that occasionally. And I always go down by 2's (up too), no rail. Both are much faster and less work.
