Well then, I'll explain it.
In Azumanga Daioh, the senior trip is to Okinawa, and at one point, they get saataa andagi. When Tomo asks what it is, Osaka tells her. Repeatedly. To the point where Tomo, who does that sort of thing herself, gets annoyed. (Probably in part because she's trying to find out where to get some.)
Okay, I find manjuu twice using Google: one source translates it as "dumplings", and the other as a "steamed bun".
I'm getting sweet potato-ey translations for beniimo.
