"fashion nazi" just implies that he / she is one who criticizes others clothing for being worse then their own.  The term nazi has changed since it was used in world war 2, it can now be used behind another word to describe one who is strict regarding the rules of that object.  For example a grammer nazi is one who corrects everyones spelling and then insults them for it.
