Er? Butter doesn't come from eggs, does it?

I can almost see it now:
Koiwai: hmmm...I guess I should probably give you a name or something. Let me think...
(Koiwai notices the afore-mentioned butter sitting on the table)
Koiwai: That's it! I shall name you...BUTTER!
Shadow
I don't believe so, although it seems like Yotsuba has her own brand-name on it, ((either that or her father is really bad with naming, but I digress, lol))

"Yotsuba" means "four leaves." It's not hard to imagine that the name is used for other things than a girl's name. This is probably common for girl's names that are the same as plants, for example (such as Ivy, Rose, Willow...)
Also, if you watched the Death Note anime, there was an eeeeevil corporation called the Yotsuba Group. I couldn't help thinking about Yotsuba-chan when I heard the name.
Maybe there's an actual dairy company named Yotsuba in Japan. Like, there's a Clover dairy company in South Africa. (all hail Wikipedia)

"Let's see... what on earth? Fish-shaped solid waste? Fiberglass surface resins?! 3 tablespoons rhubarb, on fire?!? What kind of maniac wrote this?" "And you didn't even get to the cordless electric needle injector..."

Yotsuba and Koiwai are both names of dairy companies: www.yotsuba.co.jp/product/bata.html www.koiwaimilk.com/product/c_milk.html
