She's counting because in Japan, when you bathe, you wash yourself with soup and what not and then go into that hot tub of water for about 10 seconds...or that's how most typically Japanese families do it.

Jeez, some people. Get over it, it's just a bath. It isn't really country issue, for example i live in europe and my sis only wants to bath together with me, im 17, she 13, no biggie.
