I am so surprised! How is it possible to bring up a child in order to behave properly at a table or in the restaurant? Bringing up the child severe in Asia? 
In my land the children (under 6) behave rather impolitely in the restaurants, mainly in the fast food restaurants (McDonalds, Burger King). They climb onto a chair; squealing; running around; disturbing another guests, etc.
The parents always trying to calm down their children, but always don't succeed.

In my land the children are very uneducated. The parents take them away everywhere too often and the chikdren will be very tired, that's why they behave like this... :S
The child psychologists say that it is necessary to be at home with them often and taking care of them

i agree with you. i was once in McDonald's where a 2 years old child constantly disturbed his parents with the balloon. he almost knocked over my coke, but his mother prevented it and apologised to me. the cleaning lady was very angry, because the child flung the potatoes down onto the floor
